Government Stuff: hate it, stupid, pathetic, worthless, useless, half-brain morons... need I go on? Although, I must say, Harper is doing a better job than Martin ever was.
Anna Nicole Smith: Why in the world should I care about the death of some "woman" who is more plastic than flesh? Just toss her in the recycle bin and be done with it already. Get her off the news!
War in Iraq: We shouldn't be over there, it wasn't our war to be involved in. However, I will support the troops. After all, it isn't their fault they were sent over there.
Urban Sprawl: City people, stay in the city! You come out to the country for the quiet serenity and, in doing so, destroy the actual thing you came here for. Especially when you build huge, hideous houses. Just, do everyone a favor and leave the farm land for the farmers.
Quebec Separatist Act: You can leave Canada if you really want to, but we're keeping the native land that got merged with your province years ago.
Death Penalty: Ya, I agree with it. Some of the scum that would be on Death Row really don't deserve to live anyway. It would mean less money would be going to prisons, and more to other places. And, please, will DNA and whatever else our police have, what is the likelyhood that someone put on death row NOW is innocent? In the past, ya, probably. Now, unlikely.
Gay Marriage: Um, I don't really care on this one. They can do what they want because it's not like we have a choice in the matter anymore. Although I still do think the term "marriage" should be reserved for girl-guy couples and the gay community can come up with something else.
Legalizing Marjiwana: No, no, no, no, no! Keep it illegal please. There is no reason to make it legal, we have reasonable medicine that works just as good. Sorry to all my flying-high friends for this one.
The Yougn Offenders Act: ah, crap, another stupid law passed by our "wonderful" government. It's stupid, it really is. The only message it gives teens is that, if you're going to commit a crime, do it now before you turn 18 and are actually responsible for your actions. I mean, what were those government idiots thinking? They must have been getting a head-start on the legalizing of marjiwana!
Abortion: Sure, i'd rather a child not be born at all then he born into a disfunctional family that doesn't want it. No child deserves to bare that feeling. And don't tell me to put the kid in Adoption, to have the possiblity of no family at all is worse than a disfunctional family!
Religion: I'm highly non-religious. I DO believe in reincarnation, but I don't believe there is a God, and I don't believe that there is such a place as heaven and hell. Heaven and Hell are where you make them on Earth, point blank. The whole aspect of God makes me look at him/her like (s)he's the character King Lear in Shakespeare's play... and for those of you who have read Shakespeare's King Lear, you'll understand what I'm talking about. Further more, if there was no such thing as Religion, there would be no wars.
